Welcome to SwingVegasSwing.com. We are teachers and dancers dedicated to the preservation and
spreading of Swing Dancing. We support all the swing dances: Lindyhop, West Coast Swing, East
Coast Swing and more! We work with many instructors throughout the Las Vegas area to bring
you the latest updates on swing dance lessons, swing dance events and swing dance workshops.
We have many events that occur on a regular basis. These events include

One of our primary beliefs at SwingVegasSwing.com is "There is no style, there is only swing".
As the Las Vegas swing scene sees a re-birth, we are seeing more and more dancers confused about the
difference between Lindyhop and West Coast Swing. There are many dancers of both styles who refuse
to dance with other styles; either saying they can’t dance that style or from a complete misunderstanding
of what that style is. The definition that I would love to see both dances embrace is as follows:
“Lindyhop is the most optimum style for dancing to faster tempos. West Coast Swing is the most optimum
style for dancing to slower tempos.” To read more about these thoughts, check out
